IPTV Pano is built to be private. There is no sign-up, your provider logins are end-to-end encrypted, and the app never tracks you across other apps or websites. This policy explains exactly what happens to your information.
No account, no sign-up
You can use IPTV Pano without creating an account or giving us an email or password. To let your devices sync and to deliver notifications, the app creates a pseudonymous device identifier. It is not linked to your name, email or any real-world identity.
Your provider and library are end-to-end encrypted
You connect your own IPTV source — an M3U playlist, an Xtream Codes account or an Enigma2 receiver. Your sources, credentials and playlists are encrypted on your device with a key only you hold. When they sync between your devices, our servers store only unreadable ciphertext: we can never see your provider logins or stream URLs, and the app never uploads your channel list to us in readable form.
No stream proxying
Video and audio stream directly between your device and your provider or receiver. IPTV Pano's servers never fetch, relay or store the streams you watch.
What reaches our backend
To make features like the program guide, sports and recommendations work, a small amount of data is associated with your pseudonymous device identifier — for example which items you watch, so you can resume across devices and get relevant suggestions. This data:
- is not linked to your name or email;
- is never sold and is not shared with data brokers;
- is not used for advertising or to track you across other apps and websites;
- does not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) — the app's privacy manifest declares no tracking.
Program guide & sports data
The TV guide and sports schedules are prepared on our servers and delivered to the app. The app never fetches or contributes guide data itself, so browsing the guide does not reveal your provider to us.
Local network, camera & notifications
IPTV Pano asks for local-network access to find receivers and cast targets (such as an Enigma2 box, Apple TV or Chromecast) on your Wi-Fi, for the camera only to scan a QR code when pairing another device, and for notifications to alert you about things like upcoming programs. These are used only when you actively use the related feature.
Third-party components
The app includes playback components (such as VLC and cast frameworks) that process streams on your device. They are used for playback and casting only and are not used to profile you.
Children
IPTV Pano is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Your rights
Because we hold no data linked to your real identity, there is no login to recover. You can request an export or deletion of the data associated with your device from within the app, and deleting the app removes all local data from your device.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and post the new version on this page.
